Privacy Policy

Information we collect
When a parent or legal guardian submits our nonbinding interest survey, we collect the adult’s name and email address, the athlete’s age, selected program interests, preferred facility area, the monthly plan the adult would most likely consider, the adult’s stated likelihood of enrolling if we open in that area, and any optional note the adult chooses to provide. The survey is not a membership signup and does not collect payment. Please do not submit medical records or other sensitive information through this form.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to families, understand community interest, evaluate preferred areas and program demand, plan facility offerings, share Generational Athletics updates, and provide information about enrollment and early opportunities.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us host the website, store form submissions, and deliver email notifications. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety, or users.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. This service may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website, and general interaction data through cookies or similar technologies. We use these reports to improve the website and measure interest in Generational Athletics. We do not send names, email addresses, athlete ages, form notes, or other interest-form details to Google Analytics.
Children’s privacy
The interest form is intended to be completed only by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted personal information directly, contact us so we can review and remove it.
Choices and requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop sending updates, by emailing KThompson@generationalathletics.com.
Data retention and security
We keep interest-list information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect submitted information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as our services develop. Any revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
